These terms govern purchases of the InboxWise Pro subscription made through the InboxWise Chrome extension. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms. For how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.

1. Seller

The seller of the InboxWise Pro subscription is InboxWise (contact: [email protected]), not Google or the Chrome Web Store. Google is not a party to this sale and is not responsible for the subscription or its support.

2. Plans and pricing

• Free plan — 30 AI reply generations, no payment required. The core functionality of the extension works without payment.
• Pro Monthly — $6.99 per month, unlimited AI reply generations.
• Pro Yearly — $69 per year, unlimited AI reply generations.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.

3. Billing and automatic renewal

• Payment is charged at the time of purchase through our payment processor, Dodo Payments.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Each renewal is charged at the then-current price at the start of the new period.
• A receipt is sent to your email address by Dodo Payments after each charge.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected] from your registered Gmail address, or by following the cancellation link included in your Dodo Payments receipt email. Cancellation stops all future renewals; Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made.

5. Refund policy

• If you are not satisfied with InboxWise Pro, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your first purchase and we will issue a full refund.
• Refunds for renewal charges are considered on a case-by-case basis — for example, if a renewal was charged after you had already requested cancellation.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Once a refund is issued, Pro access ends immediately.

6. Payment security

All card and payment details are entered only on Dodo Payments' secure checkout and processed in accordance with the PCI-DSS standard. InboxWise never sees, receives, or stores your card number, security code, or other payment credentials — we receive only the outcome of the transaction (plan, status, and date).

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the subscription after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
