Getting started
- Install InboxWise from the Chrome Web Store, then open Gmail and click the InboxWise icon in the Chrome toolbar.
- The panel only activates on an email page — open a message (not the inbox list) to see the full interface.
- New users get 30 free AI replies. No account or credit card required.
Common questions
- The panel doesn't show my email? Make sure an individual email is open. If Gmail loaded before the extension was installed, refresh the tab once.
- I paid but Pro isn't active? Activation is usually instant. Click the "I've paid — refresh my status" button in the panel, or return to Gmail and reopen the panel. If it still doesn't work, contact us with the email you paid with.
- How do I cancel my subscription? Manage or cancel it any time from the link in your Dodo Payments confirmation email, or contact us and we'll guide you through it.
- Is my email content stored? No. Content is processed only when you click Generate or Polish, then discarded. See our Privacy Policy for details.
